I have been chatting with custoemr consultants since 22nd of november to check the status of my refund.
Every consultant gives a diffrent info. One of them said, refund was not paid, one said payment was not done.
although i write every detail, all consultants keep asking same questions some paragpraph later. they are not reading conversations properly and keep sending automatic messages. I trulyt had an unbeliveble thibg today.
I had a long conversation with consultant and informed her that ARN number is not a number for me o follow up payment, so there should be anpther way. Her reply was ‘this is the first time that i read such thing ‘ What kind of help is this ???? I said , i do not care about her first timers does not solve my problem and she replied back as ”i am not a first timer here ‘ with a smiling face.This Show how Aliexpress treats the customers.
So now, 44.39 usd in total supposed to be paid back tp my credit card. I opened dispute on 18 th of novermber and finalised on 22nd. Aliexpress says payment was done and i could follow with ARN number. Turkish banks does not recognise ARN .
so i am expecting a true information and my Money to be sent back to my credit card.
